Growing Lots – Your Neighborhood Farm

This week at the farm stand: salad mix, beta mix (baby beet and chard greens), carrots, kohlrabi, zucchini, cucumber, and fresh herbs

Our main season CSA is sold out for the year, but we’ve got work shares, canning shares and fall shares available, and you can stop by our farm stand at Snelling Ave and 22nd St. on Wednesday evenings from 4:30-7 beginning on June 5!

Growing Lots is a 2-acre CSA and market farm based in the Seward community of South Minneapolis, where we’ve used organic methods to transform two previously vacant urban lots into vibrant, productive green spaces. Members come to our unique space in the city each week during the growing season to their farmers and enjoy the farm as they pick up their vegetables.

You can read more about our farm here.

"One of the highlights of summer 2012 was going to the farm each week with my little girls (1 & 3) to pick up our food. They loved to bring their bags and pick out their favorites. Stefan and Mike were very supportive and tolerant of their pillaging the stocks of cucumbers and chowing on fresh green beans while we were picking up. I absolutely love the concept of an urban farm share!" - 2012 CSA member
